They continue around town for shelter and soon went to a saloon.

WRITING

When I play a game, I feel the controller slipping in my hands. I see the screen flashing in my eyes. I taste and smell the sweat on my body. I hear the sound effects from the screen and now feel good when finishing a stage.

This is a funny story of a bike accident

Well once when I was in kindergarten, I was riding a bike to kindergarten, I mostly bike to the kindergarten for because I live nearby. As was I was saying, I was riding a bike when there was a huge crack and my wheel got over it and got crazy. It was impossible to get it over control until CRASH! I crashed onto the ground, even with training wheels. I arrived at kindergarten with a mark of where I landed. After days, I keep tripping over and get my knee a painful land. I did that like a thousand times. Maybe it was my balance with my body because of the crash. I knew it was a horrible crash.

My art started with an idea with the setting in the countryside at night. After a while (ALMOST A WHOLE TERM) I completed and finish it, here it is at the bottom. It didn't look like as it was suppose to be. But it’s still artwork. I TRIED MY BEST. This is how I made it, I put the point in the middle and then draw a horizon line across it. Then drawn what I want then BOOM! Done

THE BEGINNING

On a bright morning day for winter, I was in a shoe box, waiting for a person to open the box to let me out. It took over weeks until, the box was opened. The person took in me into a house, a boy was rushing in, taking the me into mid-air, and stuffed his foot  me into me . I was feeling a soft cozy with his sock inside it, but then suddenly, I heard a start of a car. It rumble and started moving. I couldn’t see anything, it was dark and the window was up high and couldn’t see anything. A few minutes later, I arrived at a school. People were running into classes like crazy. Then, I was getting stomped like a hundred times on my back,  until a door was there, standing tall and still. I went through and a couple of minutes later of walking around and getting stomped, a bell raised from up to my ear drums, then I was settling until I went back into the building, something familiar around  this school …

THE RUN

Soon I heard shouting, along  the way through the an alleyway and then arrived and saw a huge crowd of children. The bunch were all over in one spot. They were all pumped up for what. I started wondering, then suddenly I was stomped until I was lying down sideways. People were cheering on for other people that were running, then a moment, I gasped, It was a cross country run. I try to escape from it but I couldn’t, the boy has me stuck in his legs, “I’m Trapped!” I yelled. As later on I started moving again. I feel that I’m walking on the grass, YIKES! I hate getting wet in the grass. Then I found out I was at a starting line. I soon smelt a horrible stench, it was cow poo of course, cow poo from the farm, EWWW. Then I heard a shout. “GO!” Then soon I was zooming off to the track. “ow, ouch, ooh, ahh!” It was a nightmare, there was thumping and dirt everywhere. The was LOUD SHOUT OUT of, “go, go, go,go, go, go!” Shouted a parent. I was halfway through a lap, then past the line, I WAS ON A SECOND LAP! The boy was ahead a few people. This run felt like A comfortable massage but painful. The stench was still there, my back has pain, and I still see a bunch of grass. I was finished. I was relieved with pain. Finally it ended up with a still wet and then I fainted.

THE END OF THE RACE

Wow, what a run.  I felt really uncomfortable. I felt like It was a dream, but it was real, I felt pain from the run and was in the same school, I was in the same  room that I was in before the race but with a bunch of kids stuffed up in one room. I heard a loud thing that sounds funny coming from the front of the room. I was still with the boy, in a room, watching a movie. WAS that an adventure, I hope my back was not filled with pain anymore, or the stench of cow poop was still out, or even a bunch of grass. I guess this was the end. I have rested in a good spot for the rest of the day.   

Persuasive writing - Another Playground

I can understand that one playground is enough to some kids but us seniors are  bored of only one playground and hoping to get another one. Some kids complain about the juniors having  two playgrounds and demanding to have a better playground just for seniors. And here’s why I’m pleading you for to give us a new playground for seniors.

Reason: 1

Some kids want something that feels like an adventure and challenging as in a zip going down with a foam pit (and if you don’t know a foam pit is, it’s a pit full of foam and if you fall into the pit the fall won’t hurt much) below or a trampoline on the floor doing and ramps jumping off  them onto the trampoline. You might see, some kids like going to Jump and feel like to have one at school.

Reason: 2

The reason why we need it because it’ll act like an adventure and so instead of seniors running around and sliding in the mud, they could just do these stuff. All I see is that the seniors go to the monkey bars and sit there for like five minutes daydreaming about a huge as playground for the seniors and just think it’s better than the monkey bars, which there sitting on since this playground was ever there.

Reason: 3

MIDDLE SCHOOL, MIDDLE SCHOOL, MIDDLE SCHOOL! Middle school was overloading the playground, you could just barely see any seniors. And I could always see like two seniors and middle school surrounding the seniors. But usually barely anyone uses the playground that much often, even though some uses it, still they just walk by. About 7, 4 or 5 play on the playground to just spin or play shark tag.

Reason: 4

Another reason what bad about the  playground is that we have now is that is people from other places as in morrinsville College, do graffiti’s on the playground. So what I’m suggesting is that we should also have advanced security for our playground so no graffiti will be sprayed or drawn on the playground.

Conclusion

We need a second playground for seniors because the one we have is not that  fun or active  it’s getting old, and middle school is taking over the playground and seniors are really hoping for this playground and this could just make them keep off the mud and spend more time on this AWESOME playground and we could hand it over the old playground to the middle school for their boundary.

Why Holidays should be longer

I feel that the holidays are too SHORT! Surely it would more relaxing if the holidays would add over two weeks so we get enough time to do our jobs and activities. e.g You had to do a practice for a test and after the holidays you haven't practice for the past two weeks because you had to spend time with the family and you didn’t had enough spare time.

Firstly some families can’t travel to their home country where their rest of their family is in. e.g some of the family moved to another town, city or country while the rest of the family stayed without the other’s living with them for their event, as the the other part of the family had to travel the day before the event. As the family just arrived they have to leave after a few days before the holiday ends.

Another reason that if your friend comes over and he had to leave because your family has to go to a special event and then you had to call his/her’s parents to pick your friend. This is because parents forgot they had a event with the rest of their family  and they couldn’t bring the kids friend over because he wasn’t part of the family. So it means kids can’t also spend time with friends

And lastly the parents are always fussed after the holidays, the reason why because their children are sometimes sneak off to go out play over  with their friends house or play their computer or any gadget.

This is a compliment about that there isn't  just enough time to keep kids from getting bored or trying to sneak off, or families try rush off  to have a celebration with friends and family or even go to a special event or even have friends around, so the holidays need to be longer for the families and people who has friends over to keep them have company.

My Holiday

I was stuck with two little babies for two weeks. During when I play games, there was always crying and moaning, and suddenly loses one characters. These relatives came from the South Island and came to the North Island to see my family. It was little annoyed about it because a lot of people had to sleep in my house. The relatives even had to sleep in my room and I had to sleep in my parents room for the rest of the holidays. It felt so short after they left on saturday. I had to help around for a while during the last day of the holidays. It felt boring after that.

I'm looking forward to speeches and hockey to give them a try and to gain more knowledge on these subjects to get fit healthy and to my body up and working. I think speeches would be helpful for the videos that I'm making for people to learn and have fun.

Morrinsville Intermediate school-Little stars

Little stars was performed by Morrinsville Intermediate school. There were eight main characters, three of them were judges and the others were the finalists for their show. The show took 10:12 to 12:56 for the show to perform. It felt like the whole day to perform the show.

The few singing scenes was astonishing  with the smoke spreading around the scene, the lights spazzing around the actor. When the actors finish the scene, they swapped scenes from the  backstage scenes to audition scenes and the main show scene. And there is a little mix up from scene to scene because of the mixed up timeline.

I had felt that this was the most best show I’ve ever seen compared to another school. When the show was halfway, the kowhai team needed a stretch since we’ve been sitting down the whole time. After the show the principal told each group that helped the actors get on with the show. The school worked on it for a whole term.

After the show became the huge clap for the actors that performed  the show.

It was an exciting show and it was fabulous.

The Story Of A Million Deaths

A city Populated of a hundred people were all in danger because  huge disease was incoming from a the national science center.

The disease spread from the middle of the countryside, to the city. The disease already killed animals  and some humans, and the disease was now heading to the nuclear reactor. When it reached it, it transformed into a virus to infect people to suicide and explode when they suicide.  Half of the city was evacuated because of the virus and an avalanche. The reason why there was an avalanche because the city was built near the area of Alaska and there was a huge explosion destroying homes on the mountains of Alaska. Now the shockwave was strong enough to create the avalanche to overflow half of the city.

The virus reached the city and filled the pure oxygen and then turn it into deadly gas, the avalanche smashed into the buildings. The whole city evacuated to San Francisco to have safe distance from the virus. But when the people arrived, they saw that San Francisco had evacuated as well. The people looked at the horizon, the waves were strong, the wind was blowing hard, the level of the sea was rising. The people realised it was a tsunami heading to the city centre. Then, they smelt something suspicious, something they smelt when they evacuated the city. It’s the virus, it was flowing from the city to San Francisco. The Virus was was heading to the island, past through the golden gate bridge and collected some water to turn itself from a gas to a liquid, and now it gained power from the city. Now the whole San Francisco city is a black out.

The virus drained the power from the nuclear reactor core  and then destroyed main power sources around the city. So on the people drove to the airport to travel to Los Angeles to go to safe distance again. As they pass to the sunset, the farms, homes, shops and airports were destroyed by earthquakes, tsunamis, the virus, storms and explosions.

Now there was no place to hide. Thousands of people died because of these disasters would not be stopped from science. Now it killed a million people and now it was spreading around the world. Now a scientist discovered that the virus was an evil spirit and he also  said, “Now the dark side of the world is rising.”

So The disaster goes on.

Abseiling Report

Have you ever seen people walking off walls or cliffs and you just wanted to do it? Well, When you are Abseiling at Port Waikato, here’s some equipment, technique’s

and the location of where you are doing it. Follow these easy paragraphs of what you need, where to go and what to do because you’ll learn the fun of abseiling.

Equipment

You’ll need equipment to get down the cliff, here’s some items you’ll need at your position. You need a harness which is like a belt to hook up your carabiner. A carabiner is a hook to connect your rope with the harness. A helmet is important because of falling rocks and a helper to help you get down to the end.

Location

You have to start off from a cliff face when you’re in Port Waikato for abseiling. You may choose three positions when you see them. Here are three options you can choose from. The easiest is Baby Bear because it’s from a small height. The medium one is Mamma Bear cause your a little higher from baby bears size. And the most challenging one is Papa Bear cause the size is so high.

Technique

The technique is easy and safe when abseiling down. This will make you have a quicker way going down the cliff easier and safer so don’t panic when going abseiling. Firstly you need your legs space gap to keep your own balance or you’ll go falling with the rocks beside you. And secondly use your right hand and hold the rope and then hold at your back and your left hand has to be like a cowboy holding to its side of its belt with an upside down V. And the third one is easy, all you have you do is lean backwards

Abseiling will be an activity for you when you are at Port Waikato camp and now you can try with these safety rules.

While my literacy class walked, excited to play rippa rugby and learn new tricks for rippa rugby.  There were warm up’s, practice and testing our skills.  I was tired because of all that running, most of the girls scored the most and also some of the boys had the most rips like Luke and Kaleb.  I was a good dodger when we did a rip warm up to test how good we’re are at ripping and other skills like, dodging, speed and aiming.  It wasn’t fun, it was amazing and enjoying game.

Tips for protecting your things

Hi, my name is Kristopher David. I'm nine years old and I have my birthday on the 12th of May.  I'm  used to being alone and I play on computers mostly.  I go outside a lot and I've been exploring new things around New Zealand, like huge lakes that connect to the great ocean or old buildings made by people from the past.  Before I went to this school I had camps when I was a year three kid.  I've seen animals that migrate like the Godwit, which travels to New Zealand, Japan and Alaska to breed.  Also I've been looking at other creatures that I've never seen before in the wild. When I was in Waitomo for walks, I saw water falls, old gorges and old tracks near farms.  I have explored  nature, computers, living and traveling.
